We have a well-equipped Laboratory for performing inter-operative and final tests of manufactured castings.
The laboratory is operated by experienced personnel with auditing powers.
The laboratory is equipped, among others, with the following devices:
spectrometer for testing the chemical composition
stand for moisture testing of molding sand
testing machine for static tensile tests
Brinell hardness testers
devices for testing the parameters of molding sand, such as: permeability, strength, compactibility, moisture,
electronic measuring tools of length and angle.

As a result of works carried out in the field of quality management system confirmed by the audit of TUV NORD Polska, our company obtained on 21.06.2019 the PN-EN ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate in the scope of: manufacturing of components and machines and iron castings; machining services.
